- Brought up in Syria, Asaad holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from, the University of Damascus, in 1979.
- Founder and CEO of the Company.
- A degree in Fine Arts with a major in Interior Architect – University of Damascus, 1979.
- Member of the Fine Arts Association (Interior Architect) since 1980.
- Obtained second prize for Designing Tomb the Unknown Soldier from The Ministry of Defense, Damascus.
- Interior Architect and visual artist who participated in multiple Art Exhibitions.
- Over 40 years of experience in Interior Architect/Design and Execution.
- Asaad held the position of Deputy General Manager and the Technical Department Manager at Efaa LLC (a company that specialized in Interior Design and Furniture) from 1990 to 2002.
- Management of Sosak Company since 2003 with a team of Engineers and Interior designers in addition to the constant attendance of International Expositions in all of Dubai, Milan, Madrid, Paris, and the USA.
- Won 2nd place in “Luxury Interior Design Company in Saudi Arabia” at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2016 in the Middle East and Africa Gala Ceremony.
